At first I thought Jason and Kasie were joking when they told me that they were down for shooting in the rain. I'm glad I was wrong! These two are getting married in Guthrie, Oklahoma in a few short weeks from now. They're solid. I'm super happy for them!

shop good

A couple of months ago I met up with Justin Falk, a new friend of mine for some coffee. Within moments of our conversation I quickly became interested in the clothing store that he and his wife opened in the Plaza District called Shop Good. They sell a variety of their own clothing along with clothing lines such as Toddland, Dear Creatures and Jedidiah. On one of the walls in their store hangs a sign that says "Buying is Giving." Every purchase you make at Shop Good ends up supporting a variety of different community development projects. Some projects exist here in Oklahoma City and others reach across the world. One project in particular aids a village rebuilding project for Ugandan war orphans. The more I learned about the heart beat behind Shop Good the more I wanted to support and share the news with others. Not only do I believe in supporting local businesses but I believe in the cause that Shop Good stands for.

Within a few weeks of having coffee with Justin we had a photo shoot on the calendar and too many ideas to squeeze into a single day of shooting. What you see below are some of my favorites from the shoot. We had a lot of fun shooting this! I hope you enjoy!

Please, I tried everything to make it.
I would appreciate if you could give me a hint how to achieve these effects, let alone lenses because I know you wear primes.
